E-mail Send in the Background not working

Hi all,

I enabled the sending of email asynchronously under the Implementation Project (Business Config > Implementation Project > Service > Care > Service Request Management> Email Handling> Enable Sending of email asynchronously). However, I am unable to see any changes reflected. I only see the send option and no send later. Does anyone know what could be the issue?

Hello Shenu,

The option is only available in the Timeline Control Table.

Hi All,

is there any option for sending a notification to the employee responsible if the send of the email fails?

I have not found any way, so I have created the next idea:

Dear Shenu,

You can enable to Timeline from the Administrator Work Center - Service and Socila View - Ticket Configuration.
