imagine the following scenario: As a sales rep, I am using the cockpit feature of DVP to create a visit in an ad-hoc manner. While doing that, I make sure that the Visit type is right and according to the standard perfect store type (e.g. Store Audit). After creating the visit, I enter the visit, but there is no perfect store feature available and it is not possible add this feature after the visit has been created.
This concludes that DVP and perfect store do not work together properly.
The only solution is to manually create the visit from the selected account to include perfect store capabilities (but the visit type remains the same).
I greatly appreciate any help to solve this issue.
