Dynamic List of Products for Email Lite

Hi,

Is it possible to have a dynamic list of products (depending on the customer)? For example, customer ABC has products 1, 2, 3, & 4 and customer DEF has products 3,6,9, &12.

We can upload the list of products via creating a custom BO and uploading the data using the import tool. But is this possible?

Hello,

With the new SMC release 2302 you are able to use the new product recommendation block within the email lite. If you have for each customer differents products (as you motioned) then you can import this information via external recommendation into SMC or you can use any other product recommendation rule for your business use case.

Hello Marc,

I believe it is possible if you link the products to a certain interaction. In this case you can use the interaction building block and you can dynamically visualize to products related to that interaction.

For example, if you want to make your customer repurchase the products they already own, you create a lead with those products attached.

I haven't set it up myself but I'm very interested in what other experts advice.
