Duplicate products are getting created in the same catalog(ProductCatalog/Staged)

Hello Experts,

We are getting duplicate products (catalog (ProductCatalog/Staged) ) while importing product data through hot folder.In present solutions we are remove the duplicate products through HMC. But This approach is not a permanent solution.

Can anyone please suggest what would be the issue (it's infra level issue or any other kind of issue) and anyone faced these kind of issue? Version : Hybris 5.7 Thanks.

Is the data not respecting the unique attribute constraint?

When we import the data through impex the duplicates not getting created, even when we are posting the data through post man for the API which accepts the product details , duplicates not getting created. But when are receiving the data from ESB in the bulk amount few duplicates getting created ..

I do not know the solution. I have heard about a few cases with MySQL (e.g. https://jira.hybris.com/browse/ECP-647 and https://hackernoon.com/how-to-avoid-duplicates-when-you-insert-hundreds-of-thousands-of-entries-into... ) but yours may be a different case. I can only recommend that you create a support ticket with SAP.

Yes... In the same catlaog version, duplicate identifer is getting created which is unique
