Duplicate log after removed an order entry

Hi! When I remove an order or cart entry on hmc and save changes, appears two equal records in the changes section of the administration tab. In addition the old and new values of these records contains the order's (cart's) current entries. Thanks for any advice.

The same situation when I tested original hybris version 5.1.0.0 on the clean DB just after initialization. I create new Product, new Order and an OrderEntry for the Order. After removing the OrderEntry in hmc, there are appears two identical changes in the Administration tab. It seems the problem is because of removed OrderEntry from the DB. I do not know while, how to fix this bug.

As solution I can suggest to keep removed order entries, but turn on some removed flag.
In this case we need refactoring existing code and extend the OrderEntry model.
