A customer was created in CRM WEB UI, and while creating the same the goods receiving hours were entered only once. But now when I go back and check the customer again in Web UI, I can see duplicate entries for goods receiving hours.
The goods receiving hours were entered manually and not through any job.
What could be the reason for the duplicate entries?

Do you have any enhancement active? If so, deactivate your enhancement and test using the standard Business role.
