Dear Experts ,
Could you kindly support on my below matters ,
When creating a customer from the Sap Customer checkout (2.0 FP12 PL 04) another duplicate entry also creating at the same time . First it will hit the original entry to sap business one instantly and after next restart that duplicate entry also hitting to the sap business one and showing two customers with different codes . So what should i do on this .

And the next doubt to be rectified that when those duplicates been removed from the sap business one (Ver. 10 .2102) it will not remove from the customer checkout customer list even manually synchronization done . Is there any way to remove those from the CCO as well .
Last but not least I was tried to update street and zip code of a customer and got below error .

So please advise what should I do on this .

Thanks again for your kind support .
This is to inform you that i have update my current Customer checkout to the latest patch level (2.0 FP12 PL 06)and then the customer duplication issue been sorted out . But updating issue is still there . Country been selected as "Sri Lanka" so i don't think that it is too long to put .

So better to open an incident on this right .

It's noted and Thanks for the kind advice and information been provided . It's great and worked for removing duplicated customers from the customer checkout . Thanks for the support . But the update issue is still there along with duplication . So will check and open incident on that if it couldn't get resolved.

I did some tests in my CCO and the issue was not reproducible. If you still receive this error, I suggest you to open an incident.
About the synchronization topic, when performing the customer synchronization, it doesn't remove/delete the customers already synchronized to the CCO.
In the CCO, you can delete the unused customers. Go to Configuration > About > Set Customer to Obsolete and later Click on Delete unused customers.
After it, run the customer synchronization again.

I tried with the country Germany . It seems no duplicate created . So what might be the issue with the country .
