Dear Folks
Background: We have configured Email Origin with "For Identification" and we have integrated c4c with marketing cloud.
We have few contacts in SAP C4C that were duplicates(Same : Name, Email ID) but having different C4C contact ID.
When we migrate these contacts from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud, does these contacts gets merged ?
My second question is In standard, what are fields used by the system for the merge process ?
Please help on this.

Hi,
When contact is replicated from C4C to Marketing, it is checked for Duplicate and Merged based on your setting of Origin IDs, I already have shared the links above.

No, contacts will not be merged due to a unique Contact ID.
