Dublicated Serialnumber for CCO-POS?

Hello Community,

i have a question about double CCO-POS Serialnumber?

Szenario: After create a new POS-Location we imported an configuration file from a other POS-System.

The Problem is, that the system got the same Serialnumber as the source POS-System?

Source CCO-POS has the Version: 2FP09PL07 - New CCO-POS has the Version 2FP09PL13

Hardware Key is different

Do anyone know what we can do, that the new CCO-POS System got his own serial number?

Hi Daniela,

you can reset the serial number via the run_cco_restore_bat, in the window where you can change the POS ID you can also set a checkmark to reset the serial number.

This should solve your problem!
