Thank you for reaching out. This is Hannah from Employee Central Team. Regarding your query - How to create drop down field with answers no/yes in the Manage Configuration UI:

It is possible to create drop down field with picklist no/yes by following steps:

1. go to "Configure object definition" >> find the object, add custom field, make sure that:

data type = picklist, Valid Values Source = Picklist id (which is configured in Picklist Center)

and save.

2. go to "Manage configuration UI" >> find the UI, add field, make sure that:

value type = resolver, Value Type Resolver = custom field （which is configured in step 1）

and save.
