Can any one share the links or document of step by step to configure DRFOUT in S/4 HANA for POS outbound.

The short answer there is no step by step guide.

There are some links that will help you get closer to where you need, I believe there is a standard delivered replication model for SAP PMR in the DRF configuration (tcode DRFIMG).
