Download attachments in assignment block in SAP CRM Web UI

Hello,

I am trying to download the attached documents in the Attachments assignment block in the Business Partners section in SAP web ui. The requirement is that the file is automatically downloaded once the file is clicked on.

Any ideas?

Hi Peter,

Could you please provide further details about your query? Are you saying that:

a) currently, when trying to download an attachment it is getting opened on a new tab instead of directly downloading it?

b) that you need to add a field/column which acts as a link and that should trigger a download?
