Good day
My client is reporting that when he prints his sales ticket the system sends him the ticket but apart from that he sends him a short ticket with only the name of the item.
We already disabled the "digital receipt" option in the Hardware->Print Models path but it still sends that additional receipt.
The printer is an EPSON TM T20N
Can you tell me if there is any other option that has to be removed from the system pleas

Are you using a JPOS or a Windows printer?

If you print the receipt using a PDF printer like "Microsoft Print to PDF". Does the issue happen?

The attached documentation refers to version 12 and the client was migrated to version 13 PL01 and in this version even the user permissions we observed that the order changed, does this documentation apply to the version that the client has? In this version, is it possible to physically print the ticket and show the PDF at the same time? that is to say in the same exit

Yes, it is possible to physically print the receipt and also generate a PDF file.
In the CCO, under Configuration > Hardware > Print Template. You need to add a new entry for your PDF Printer.
Below, you can see an example from my test system.
The first entry prints the receipt in my Epson Printer and the second one generates a PDF File.
