Does SAP provide a historical snapshot of C4M?

Dear experts,

I recently got asked the question if SAP in any way, shape or form is able to provide historical snapshots of a SAP Marketing Cloud tenant, possibly through snapshotting the underlying HANA database periodically. The question arose while discussing the topic of data safety in case of manual customizing errors by a user.

Has anyone had any experience concerning this topic?
