A query: For email campaigns from SAP Marketing Cloud an email provider is required. This feature is included in the SAP Marketing Cloud license and must the customer purchase SAP Digital Interconnect separately?

just like you have to do with the Amazon license.

Hi Elio,

afaik by default Marketing Cloud comes in a bundle with SAP Digital Interconnect (now sinch) included. I think the customer would have to explicitly exclude it from the contract if he doesn't need it.

Costs only arise for the domains where you would like to send your mails from (and of course for mails if you exceed your limit of included mails per month).
