Hello,
I want to use SAP Customer Checkout together with the payment gateway Windcave (which is used in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom). Is this possible?
Best regards,
Cornelius

Hello,
Regarding Payment Gateways..
Instead of SAP Customer Checkout developing its own implementation to
several types of EFT terminal devices and Payment gateways, we use the
“Pepper” interface library.
Pepper is a product from Treibauf LINK HERE
A list of supported countries, terminals etc can be seen https://www.treibauf.ch/terminal-type-search/
So if pepper Treibauf supports Australia,
NZ and UK and the related payment gateway then this works out of the box. Pepper
support can be contacted for questions.
A partner from New Zealand was in contact with them. I don’t know the final outcome
of the discussion though. Otherwise in the standard this is not supported.
Apart from Pepper, we also have other payment integrations like BlueCode
and Network International(for Dubai customers).
In this blog I have explained the whole topic of EFT terminal
integration.
https://blogs.sap.com/2018/07/30/sap-customer-checkout-and-credit-card-eft-terminal-integration/
It is possible to develop PlugIns for handling new payment terminals and
gateways, however this needs very good knowledge of SAP Customer Checkout
PlugIn development.
Hope it helps.

Treibauf has confirmed Windcave is not supported : the Windcave payment gateway is not integrated in Pepper yet. The costs for the interface integration are approx. 30-50'000 Euro
