Does SAP CDC have SDK for Development

Hi Experts,

I am new to SAP CDC, I want to know how the developments are done for CDC? do we have to do the developments in our local using VScode/Eclipse and then Deploy in CDC cloud?

what are the prerequisites to get started with CDC, like any programming language and open standards?

Do we have a trail for SAP CDC like how we have trail for SAP BTP or SAC?

Can you please help me here?
