Does SAP Marketing instruct explicitly email service providers to send trigger emails with higher priority than bulk emails?

Hello Mikhail,

I don't think so something like that is there in SMC.

Of course, in case of the trigger, a listener event is always active and executed by a separate Job when triggered, hence may seem faster than bulk.
