Documentation on COD_ERP_INT 6.00 add-on in ECC system

I am working with a customer to integrate C4C with on-prem ECC using SAP Cloud Integration. As a pre-requisite, the add-on COD_ERP_INT 6.00 needs to be installed in ECC system.

The customer is concerned that there's not enough documentation/notes provided on this add-on by SAP, we have created a ticket with SAP and are doing back and forth on this.

Basically, the customer wants to be sure that there's no impact to any existing components in ECC because of this add-on.

Please share any notes or experience if you have gone through this add-on installation on ECC.

let me tell you how i would support the installation of the addon to one of my customers:

- sap addons are designed to give the best seamless integration with sap (cloud) apps

- the COD_ERP_INT is around from years

- note 2293774 shows some deeper doc/notes to read

- a sandbox system with the addon can give the right piece of mind to proceed with the real landscape

Lastly, sometimes helps, if you cannot find that many notes it means there are not many issues either 😉
