Documentation for Workflow within Hybris

Hello everybody,

I'll shortly be gathering requirements for the implementation of workflow with Hybris, before I do this I would like to understand the art of the possible.

I haven't been able to locate any documentation that covers this feature.

Many apologies in advance if I'm not looking properly, I'd really appreciate any resources that you're able to provide.
