Dear Experts,
When I create a task activity via workflow rule, I'm not able to assign document type. According to my research, its filled with the first created document type for task in the list and I find it quite meaningless. Is there any customizing point in order to assign proper document type while creating task via workflow?

Hello,
Which object did you choose while creating the workflow rule to generate an Activity Task? What is your use case?
In general, instead of using a workflow rule to generate an activity task, you should use "Activity Planner" to generate the tasks. Here using an activity planner you can define the subject, category etc etc. For more details pls check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PI2K5weC_xg

Hi Saurabh,
Thanks for your answer.
The objects is opportunity and we want to create automatic task1 week before opporunity close date. If I use activity planner to do this, I can't arrange "1 week ago" condition as in screen shot below.
Workflow is seamlessly working except document type. I just figured out a workaround by creating new document type and its key-> Z101. In this situation Z101 can be set instead of Z102.activity-planner.png
