Document flow: graphic differs from list view

Hi Everybody,

currently i am facing an issue that i cannot explain in returns process:

We manually create sales order out of quality notification for customer returns. This perfectly works.

After creating notification and returns order I check document flow with the document flow icon in the notification header view. This takes me to the graphical view (2 in screenshot below). In graphical view I get not the same information than in list view (1 in screenshot below ).

The returns order 60043119 shown in the list view is missing in the graphical view.

In other cases we get an equal display in both views. If you need proof let me know. At the moment I cant figure out, why this is happening occasionally or what the reason could be. In the cases where we get equal display in both views, the notification type is the same as in the below shown example.

Remark: Outbound delivery in (2) results out of the original delivery, which i proof with small list screen shot left besides box (2). It is not the delivery out ouf the returns order 60043119!

Any ideas ????
