While generating the summary for service ticket in C4C, getting "Document cannot be generated; ADS rendering of SAP template failed" error message. Can any one help to resolve this issue.
This error might happen due to some special or non-recognized character in some input text area. Or Adobe is not able to generate preview due to some scripts or customizations adapted in form. Refer to the below mentioned KBAs and if you still not able to find the root cause, then please report an incident to SAP support team
