Doctor as an employee

In our SAP Service Cloud implementation project for a hospital, there are about 500 doctors. If we create doctors as employees and create positions like Sr. Consultant, Consultant, Surgeon, etc and assign these positions to doctors based on their hierarchy, determine the doctors while creating appointments. Whether this will attract licencing for all the 500 doctors? Please clarify.

Hi sangan.patil2,

The licensing takes into account the number of unique business users who would be using Service Cloud rather than the number of Employee records you create in the system.
