Do we need to write RAO providers for every custom RAO. I am not getting the scenarios in rao providers are needed.

HI, It depends if you are using your RAO only for custom action you might no need to right providers. But if you are writing custom condition then you have to write RAO Providers so that during evaluation of condition when it is looking for facts then that rao related data should be added to facts.
