Hi all,
I need to get some information about campaign result analysis in C4C sales environment Iike do I need any third party integration with Amazon web services or something like that to track clicked E-Mail amount or get hard and soft bounces ( E-Mail Metrics results) ? Can I get these kind of information without any E-mail provider integration?

I guess regardless, Amazon web (or anther third party) or your own server you will need a program.

Hello Mertkan!
I hope you are doing great at itelligence.
Please check the KBA "2625882 - Unable To Find Checkbox "For bounced emails, assign task to account owner"; you can follow the below steps to add checkbox 'For bounced emails, assign task to account owner':
This way any bounces that happen you will have a person aware of it. We hope this helps you 😃

Hi Fabio,
I just followed the related KBA steps however I m not able to see the checkbox 'For bounced emails, assign task to account owner' as below screenshot. Should I something adjust in project scope? That's the second part of my question anyway.

The first and also most important part of my question is how can I get these bounce E-Mails information? For example I m gonna send an E-Mail about my campaign ato the customers and then I want to check the amount of customers on E-Mail metrics on the Campaign Results Tab who open my relevant E-Mail.
As long as I can collect hard and soft bounce information, I will be able to assign task to the employee responsible to fix the issue.
So the question is how can I collect hard and soft bounces, do I need to use any service provider like Amazon or any SAP standard service for that or C4C sales standards quite enough to cover above issue?
Thank you
Hello again,
You need to enable the enhanced marketing functionality for it.

Also, please check this link, you can use analytics to see these indicators. E-mail metrics: Numbers per campaign, account and contact person and E-mail metrics: Rates per campaign, account and contact person seem to available to fit this need.
