Distinction entre plusieurs types de client particulier (5 types)

Hello expert,

I hope you are all doing well and safe, I our case we have 5 Types of individual cutomers and i want to know if there's a way to distinguish between them, because i want to create différent target groupe based on the type of the customer,

Dear s_chaibisoufiane39.



You can create different customer roles for Individual and you can use the customer role as a filter in the target group.

Fine tuning Activity : Accounts => Maintain Customer Roles

You can create different Roles for the Customer types

arun02.12 thank you for your feedback, it sounds like a good solution, indeed, in our casae the customer might have two types (it me be in the 1 one and 3 as example) so i think it risk to creat duplicates customers ?

arun02.12 in our case might not a statut but a type of contract

For example the customer X might have two contracts

It is still fine. In the Target group filter you will need to have a field which is present in the Account. Even if it is a type of contract , you would have to have a field in BO which differentiates the Individual customers.
