Displaying custom involved party on Service Ticket Report and form

Dear Expert,

Does anyone here know how to display custom involved party in service ticket report and form?

Here our client request to display marketing manager, BM, and other involved parties' name (like in the screenshot below) to be displayed on the service ticket report

If anybody knows, please comment here, any response will be greatly appreciated

Dear Rindang,

The option to add custom involved party could is currently not available in standard report in C4C (check Work CenterBusiness Analytics -> Reports)

Nevertheless, if none of the standard reports meet your needs in completion, you can always create a Custom Report with the custom requirement.

Hi Vani, thanks for your answer

For the report, the problem is already solved, but for the form, we can not pull all involved parties. It is not like appointment form that can display a list of the involved parties in a table. There is no data binding for involved party in service ticket report.

Am i missing something , is there any way to display list of involved party on the service ticket form
