Display receipts from B1 for paying

Dear Community,

is it possible to get receipts from B1 when a customer want to pay it later?

Szenario: A customer orders in B1 some articles and want to pay it in a other location with a pos system.

Is it possible that the pos can get the receipt from B1 source?

Hello Daniela Strunz,

In retail Mode, it is possible to fetch sales order from SAP B1 (I don't know for the other modes)

1- Configuration --> POS System Tab --> Sales Screen Tab: Activate the option fetching sales Order

2- In the sales screen, Clic on the position column (1) and it will pop up an other window in which you can fetch your sales order (2)

3- CCO will fetch the items of your sales order and you will be able to go through your sale and payment.

In FP09 in Retailmode this should be possible, in Quickservice not. In FP10 this is also possible in Quickservice. For that you just have to create a Button with this Function within Quickselection.
