Display only agent's first name in services email templete

Hi All,

I am talking about email templates in C4C->Services->Templates area.

#AgentName# is placeholder used in Email template. It is basically assigned-to field from service work ticket in C4C. When email goings it takes full name of the agent like first and last name.

I would like to use only first name in the sent email instead of full name. I tried and found there is no out of the box placeholder like agent first name.

Please find the screen shot attached showing my text email template as sample.

Please suggest how to achieve this.
