Display custom Logo when saving webpage in iphone or ipad to home screen

Hi All

I am working on this ask where I have to show a custom logo of company when I save the webpage on ipad or iphone. I know we have to keep apple-touch-icon just like below in jsp but its not working.

Has any one any idea of how to achieve this ?
