Hi.
We are using SAP Business One as backoffice.
We have a group of customers "Loyalty"
In Discount Groups we give 5% discount to all Loyalty customers.
Many times we must also put some periodically promotions in the shop. For those promotions we are using the Period and Volume discounts for a specific period.
Is know that CCO gets the Period and Volume discount as Price and on this price is adding the Discount Group.
Is there any way to avoid this double discount?
Request clarification before answering.

Hi neeraj.jain16
Thanks for your reply. This link explains how to implement the Loyalty points schema.
Our issue is that the system in the way is developed calculates wrong prices to the customers. It is using the Period and Volume as the Price and on this it is adding the Discount Groups. As result the customer gets more discount. And because our customer needs to have both scenarios in SAP Business One for his wholesale operations, we have issues at the Customer checkout
