Dear Eman,
If the discount is of type Period and Volume Discount in Business One then this is the expected system behavior in Customer Checkout. The reason is that technically in Business One a Period and Volume Discount is stored in a separate table and from Customer Checkout we query the discounted price only (not the actual discount percentage).

Hello Everybody
I have a similar question, but in my case the problem consists that when I sincronize pricelists from SAP B1 to CostumerCheckout, the discounts can be seen in the item search, but when an item is selected the order interface doesn´t show the discount price.
1. First picture shows the item whit unit price correctly (in SAP my discount in this article is for more than 11 items there is a discount, the original price of each item is 6900 but with discount the new price is 6700
2. Second picture shows how the discount doesnt apply with more than 12 item
if someone knows something that can help me I thank you very much
