Good evening,

How to set discount groups in CCO.

In the example below, if we put a discount > 0 it is taken into account but if it is discount = 0 it puts 5%

It's not good

Thanks for your help
Best regards

Hello Pierre,

We have found the cause of the issue: There are 5% "Properties" discounts defined in SAP Business One:

Menu: Stock Management -> Price Lists -> Discount Groups

Type: Customer Group

Tab: Properties

Disc. Relations: Lowest Discount

SAP Customer Checkout finds the discount of 5% entered for some properties. And this is the discount applied in the receipt.

Kind regards,

Gunther

Dear Pierre,

Can you please do a discount group dummy change in Business One for the product group "Emballage"? For example, enter 1% discount and save it. Then overwrite back to 0% and save it again.

Afterwards go to Customer Checkout and perform a discount synchronisation (with Complete Synchronisation box ticked). CCO should now recognize that the discount in B1 got updated and fetch the latest discounts.

If this does not solve the issue please open an incident. We should then investigate this issue deeper.

Kind regards,

Gunther

Hello Pierre,

In CCO you can view detailed information of all applied discounts in the sales item price details. To open the sales item price details, choose a sales item and choose the calculated final price for the sales item on the right side of the screen.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the third line in the receipt (item EMB with 5% discount)? Then we know the type of discount that is applied here. And then we can draw further conclusions.

Best regards,

Gunther
