Disconnection document status doesn't change to 21.

If the Disc Doc has two devices(Device and Utility Installation) connected and if I try to disconnect the Device the status remains as 20 even thou the disconnection process is complete and additional entry is appended in the Discon activity but I want to change it to 21.

Please find attached screenshot of the same and let me know if additional info is needed.

Note: If the Disc Doc has only 1 device there's no issue.

If it's the standard SAP software, why do you post the question under "ABAP Development" ?

Well, I am unaware of the tags to use and would be helpful if you could provide the accurate ones.

Found the solution.

SAP has released a note - 2636888 which resolves the side effect of note - 2491707.
