Disable SAP campaign templates in programs application

Hello Community,

our client only wants to have their own campaign templates available while creating the campaign. To solve this issue i created the customer specific campaign templates and deactivated the global SAP default campaign templates (such as TV campaign, E-Mail, ...) in the frontend. So now, the customer could only choose between customer specific campaign templates while creating a campaign in the campaigns app. However, if the customer wants to create a new campaign from a scheduled program, they can still select the automated campaign and offline campaign types, not just the customer's own global campaign templates. The expected behavior is that the list of useable campaign templates while creating a campaign out of a program looks like the list in the campaigns app.

Does anybody has an idea to solve this issue?

Hi Robert,

Since you deactivated from the frontend, it will not impact the list in the backend. There is no standard mechanism to remove those in the programs app. Since you are on-prem, there might be ways to directly change the code. Maybe someone from the community can comment, but I don't see how easily this could be done.

so it is only an app specific configuration for campaigns that does not affect any other app in the system?
