Hello,
our business requirement is to not map the marketing permission in SAP Marketing Cloud, in case no opt-in/opt-out arrives from SAP CRM.
Is there a way to disable marketing permissions or is it mandatory to set at least one value?
We tried in Manage your Solution with Outbound Marketing Permission settings, but we could not do it.

You can try implementing a BADI as well . we have a Badi of Business Object: Marketing permissiom
Marketing Extensibility -> Create Custom Field ( Select tab Custom Logic )
