Disable Interaction Type - Error

Dear Experts,

I'm trying to hide the Interaction Channel "Event" from the Contact Profile UI because we don't need it. Therefore I tried to deactivate all of the assigned interaction types.

For the interaction type EVENT_REGISTERED I get the following error message:

Does anyone know what that means? Never seen this before and I have no idea where it is originating from and what to do.

Seems strange but a suggestion. Why dont you disable the assignment from the "Interaction Type" ? Actually in the below screen section:

Normally I prefer to do all the deactivation at the Interaction level and I have done it in the past few deactivation at this level.

I think, this error may be due to some buffering issue at the UI but I could be wrong as well.

just to let you know if it's for your interest:

It seems that I made any changes in the past (changed the Interaction Channel for the combination of EVENT_REGISTERED and WEB from EVENT to WEB. During this change there might have happend an inconsistency on the database because the entry wasn't changed but a second entry was created instead (but this combination was already in the system). SAP removed the wrong entry and now I was able to remove the assignment.
