Hi All,
How we can Disable the checkbox of the completion circle at the visit execution task to be pressed.
When the user clicks on that checkbox beside the task , it automatically gets completed.
For Training Survey checkbox , the user can't complete the survey by clicking on the checkbox but is forced to open the detail page.
Similar behavior is expected for Tasks, to open the detail page of task and mark the task as Completed from there instead of using the Checkbox Functionality.

Hi Siddhant Hajara,
I am not fully sure to which screens you are exactly referring, some printscreens could be helpful, to be more precise.
Nevertheless i would advise you (as an Administrator i presume) to check the various screens via the adaption mode and hide options you would like to hide for the end users. Like that you can 'force' users to enter the actual transaction like the task and set it to complete from within.
This also means you should check the task list and verify the 'More' list as that holds a 'Set to complete' action too.
I hope this will help you

Hi Marie,
Thank you for the information
I am talking about the Visit Execution screen where we have the checkbox for completing the Tasks & Surveys
I tried going into the UI Adaptation in Visit screen and selecting "Visit Execution".
All I see that it has a "Custom pane" and there is nothing there to hide the Completion checkbox.
Thanks,
Siddhant Hajare
Hi,
This visit execution tab is related to a 'Perferct Store' process. Are you working with the Retail Execution solution within C4C as this tab is related to Perfect Store?
If not, you could hide this tab Visit Execution for the end users if it is bothering you. The users then go via the tab tasks within the visit to work on the tasks and the same for surveys.
