We have to type of Semi-Finished goods Material.
1 . In house production: When Raw material converted to SFG on that time Overhead is calculated n raw material and we don't have to calculate overheads in SFG material.
Concern is :
2. Direct Procurement: SFG which we get direct procurement so how we can calculate overhead on this SFG.
Valuation Class: 7900 is the same for both types of material SFG in house and Direct Procurement.
** Can we untick rolled Up cost component tick from Cost component structure which has consider COGM and Inventory
