Differentiate Potential Promotion from other Promotions.

How to differentiate Potential promotion from a normal any other promotion. Like we are getting 2 promotions in a list and need to identify which one is potential. is there anyway we can do that.

For potential promotion messages you need to setup a different promotion with conditions that are close to the real promotion, but not enough to trigger both.

For example

Promotion 1 (real promotion) - Get 20% when you spend over $40. If you cart has over $40 the real discount will trigger.

Promotion 2 (potential message promotion) - set up a condition where the message will display if cart total is below $40 only.

This way you can have a message in the cart "Spend over $40 and get 20% discount"

And when you spend over $40 the message can change to "Congratulations, you have 20% discount for spending over $40"
