Different data in segmentation SAP CRM and All Customer B2C model

Hi Gurus,

We replicated the Business partners from SAP CRM to Hybris Marketing.

When we create a segmentation in SAP CRM and I can see 666524 Contacts. But if I used the standard model All Customer B2C I just can see 49883 Contacts.

Does someone know why the different is?

Hello Customer,

If you use report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL to extract backend data from CRM to Hybris Marketing. I suppose the most possible reason is the data don't comply to specific content standards. Please check following two notes to check pre-requisites and the role categories of the missing BPs. And check the details in the solution section of the note.
