Difference between All tasks Group and All when we create Substitute in My Inbox for approvals

HI Experts,

Can anyone provide some insights on the difference between All task Group and All when we assign a substitute for approvals in My Inbox application?

There is no documentation available on this part in help documents.

Hi mmorden,

In SAP Marketing Cloud, there is no usage of work centers. Choosing "All Task Group" or "All" when creating a substitute has the same behavior.

Has anyone had an update regarding this discussion? I also need to know the difference between "All Task Group" & "All" when creating substitute. I have tried testing ang it does not give different options.

I haven't really had a deeper look into Workflows so far.

Hi schneidert , It is in Marketing Approval->CLick on Add Substitute( click on Person icon on top right side)

The Business Task Management items grouped by the work center.

All Task Group - providing the access to substitute All task group-wise, in this case you can control the access groupwise.

All - providing the access to substitute all the tasks irrespective of the workceneter.

sahalya.begum3 : Thanks for your feedback. Can you please elaborate on Wokcentre with an example? In my system, when i click on All tasks groups, there are no groups showing up? Please provide any documentation if available.
