Did anyone on SAP Commerce 1905 Patch 12 having issues running impex with Oracle 12C

Below are the platform versions:

• SAP Commerce Platform : 1905 Patch 12 (On Prem)
• Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit
• PL/SQL Release 12.2.0.1.0 -
• CORE 12.2.0.1.0
• TNS for Linux: Version 12.2.0.1.0 -
• NLSRTL Version 12.2.0.1.0 -

If we use OJDBC 6 driver :

then workflows are not working. Although, SAP is recommending to use OJDBC 6 for 1905 (https://help.sap.com/viewer/a74589c3a81a4a95bf51d87258c0ab15/1905/en-US/8c71300f866910149b40c88dfc0d...)

While Using OJDBC 7 Driver :

With the above specification, we are experiencing slowness and sometime getting into hanged state while executing impexes. Those sames impexes are getting executed in sub-seconds on MySQL Server 5.7 or MySQL Server 8 in local laptop.

Wondering if anyone faced the same problem or not before I go ahead and log a support tickets?
