Device notification from C4C App

Every time the C4C app is opened, sync happens and my unread C4C notifications are indicated via device / app notification.

Is this sync possible without opening the app? The idea is to get an app or device notification whenever I have new notifications in C4C.

Hello Anil,

Can you check if you have enabled push notifications, Once this flag is enabled, important approval task notifications will be sent to the approver whenever an approval task is created.

1. Go to the Administrator WorkCenter > General Settings > Mobile Settings > Push Notifications.
2. Tick the checkbox to activate this feature.

Neverthless , if you wish to se all the generic noticiations as well , i dont think this is supported yet
