Destination and Dispatcher in CCO manager

Hello CCO Team

I am trying to set up the destination but I get the error that the destination is not available.

I just have a PPT where I find a screenshot without any explanation of what to put in each field. Also, I dont know if we have to set up something in the HUB manager.

We need to consolidate the transactions of 5 managers in one of them and later send to another one. Can you put documentation of how to set that up.

Thanks

Guillermo

Hello Guillermo,

The documentation is here
https://help.sap.com/viewer/8f711df7d2aa4f1aa29f88c86cef2081/2.0.6/en-US/e7a2a924c0d64a2a83a3be66538...

Forwarding receipt is 2 step process. You need to maintain Step 1 "Destination" and step 2 "Dispatcher"

To forward receipt from 1 SAP CCO manager(Lets call it Restaurant A) to another SAP CCO manager(Lets call it MAIN), you need to first create a destination in SAP CCO manager Restaurant A. In destination you provide details of the MAIN.
Then in the SAP CCO manager Restaurant A, you main in dispatcher that you want to forward Receipt.

In SAP CCO manager(MAIN) you do not need to maintain anything.

The below screenshots should help.

Hello Bikash

Thanks for your answer

I found the problem. I didnt find very clear what to put in PATH, I was not including /api and It was the reason PING didnt worked.

I found it in the presentations you gave us in Milan, but it is not very clear that it should be filled as it is filled in local Checkout.
