Delivery status update in C4C

Hi Gurus,

We have integrated C4C with ECC. Upon partial delivery (as in out of 2 items if one item is delivered), we have the delivery updated in document flow in C4C but the delivery status field both at header and item shows 'Not Started'. Please guide here.

Hi Jai

Once the delivery is created the delivery status should be change in the sales order in ECC which in turn is replicated to C4C. It can happen that the delivery and invoice status change doesn't trigger the output processing in ECC.
