Delivery Related Options in Customer Checkout

In our Retail Store, Some products are bulky items. It cannot be taken by the customer on checkout. Customers would like the following options:

1. Door Delivery (Dropping Products to Customer Home)
2. Customer Pickup (Customer will arrange the transport and come and pick it up at the store later)

In both cases, they pay upfront completely.

We have an integrated Solution between Customer Checkout and SAP S4HANA

Currently, the system does not offer this functionality.
We suggest you to open a Feature Request in our Influence Channel, if it is approved by the development team, it might be released in future version.

When the SAP Customer Checkout is integrated with the SAP B1, the system offers the possibility to create Reserve Invoices, with this option, it is possible to modify the delivered quantity using the Delivery button. However, the delivery of the undelivered reserved articles has to be triggered manually in the SAP Business One system.
