Delivery document showing in VF04

Hi Experts,

have a scenario where delivery document which is fully invoiced except one item is blocked at item level in delivery (Financial processing Tab) is showing in VF04 (Delivery related billing, Item category with billing relevance as "A")

Table VKDFS shows entry for the delivery document.Have run the report RVV05IVB also to update VKDFS table. But still table is showing delivery in VF04.

Checked the table TVFSP for blocking reasons. Billing type and blocking reason is available.

Please let me know what else to check to avoid the delivery document to be showing from VF04.

Hello,

If you are sure of the Blocked item in Delivery will not be processed in future, you can mark the Delivery as Complete with T-Code VL_COMPLETE.

As far as I know, setting billing block in a delivery or a delivery item does not result in the removal of the document from the billing due index.

If you want this document not to be shown in VF04 - set the indicator no documents with billing block in the selection screen of VF04. For this to work the billing block should be on header level of the delivery.

If the item should not be billed at all for certain business reason - use VL_COMPLETE to set the billing status to C without creating a billing document.

If in your system setting a billing block results in VKDFS update - this is a custom functionality. Check the available project documentation, ask a colleague or a developer for assistance.
