Deliver Order with PO Date in the Future

Good afternoon!

Some of our users are asking about the ability to deliver an order BEFORE the date set on the PO.

Example: Delivery date set on the PO for December 21, they would like to be able to deliver on December 15.

This is related to outside vendor product that does not have a consistent date for inventory, but the users would like to be able to deliver and bill the customer in advance of this outside vendor product. Is this something that is possible?

PO created with a delivery date but yes, goods receipt can be done for that PO on/before the delivery date mentioned in the PO.
